Ingredients:
2-3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
1-1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Cole slaw, (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325.
- In a large oven-safe casserole dish, add chicken and top with 1 cup BBQ sauce.
- Cover with foil and place in oven for 2 hours or until chicken shreds easily.
- Remove pan from oven and remove foil.
- Using a knife and fork, shred chicken in casserole dish.
- Add additional BBQ sauce (optional)
- Remove from oven and either serve hot with shredded cheese or let cool and pack up for your picnic with some cole slaw!
