This recipe was sent in grams which is more exact than volume measurements we are used to, I did my best to convert it - please keep in mind the conversions are not exact.
Yield: 7 cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup + 3 tbsp. unsalted butter (150 grams)
1/4 cup brown sugar (50 grams)
1/3 cup granulated sugar (75 grams)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract (5 grams)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (200 grams)
1 cup walnuts (chopped finely) (100 grams)
1 cup chocolate chips (250 grams)

Ingredients:

Directions:
- Cream butter with all sugars
- Add egg and mix well
- Add walnuts, flour and chocolate at the same time.
- Mix until flour is incorporated into the butter mixture. Do not over mix.
- Scoop 4 oz of dough and place on a sheet pan with parchment paper
- Space a few inches apart
- Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
- Cool and serve
