Five Things to do with Zucchini

Is zucchini taking over your garden? If so, here is a fun solution: August 8th is "Sneak Some Zucchini Onto Your Neighbor’s Porch Day"! So, now you can either give away a big basket of zucchini or create some new snacks and meals with our ideas below!
Five Things to do with fresh zucchini:
- Mini zucchini pizzas - cut zucchini into 1/4" disks, top with pizza sauce and cheese, bake at 350 until tender
- Zucchini Lasagna
- Zoodles - spiral sliced zucchini, use in place of pasta or add to a stir fry
- Carrot and Zucchini Muffins
- Add zucchini to omelets or scrambled eggs
