Our job here at Macaroni Kid EATS is provide you with lots of yummy recipes and this month, we did just that! The Holiday Season means something a little different to each family, but most celebrations focus around family and food...we are here to make sure the FOOD department is covered!
We have all kinds of recipes in this edition, whether you just need a little something to complete your menu or a main course idea. Each recipe can be used as an appetizer or the meal itself (except for the desserts of course)! You will even find a few holiday themed baby food recipes for the little ones!
Time to talk dessert! Do you like to decorate your own cookies? We found a fun, inexpensive and SIMPLE way to make your own colored sugar, no need to ever buy it again! Once you make your own sugar, you can use it to decorate some Gingerbread Stars or an edible Dreidel. If you are willing to try something a little different, make some of Grandma's Sweet Italian Turnovers, you just might find a new favorite dessert!
