Chicken Teriyaki with Peaches

This is a simple, family friendly recipe that is a favorite in our house!  

Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 pounds frozen peaches
1 can baby corn
1 can water chestnuts
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 bag frozen broccoli florets

Jasmine rice (optional)
Crunchy Chow Mein noodles (optional)

Directions:
1. Combine chicken, one pound of peaches, baby corn, water chestnuts, soy sauce, water and brown sugar in a slow cooker.
2. Cook on high for 6 hours
3. Between 30 minutes and one hour before serving, add second bag of peaches and broccoli (defrost the peaches and broccoli before adding).
4. Cook rice as directed.
5. Serve over rice, topped with Chow Mein noodles.
