Build Your Own Parfaits

Want to see your kiddos gobble up a healthy "dessert"?  Set out a bunch of nutrious ingredients and watch what happens!  If you have time, this would make a great breakfast or snack too!  

Here is what we used, but feel free to include your favorite ingredients.

Sun-Maid Raisins and Fruit Bits
Kashi Summer Berry Granola
Strawberry Stonyfield Farm YoKids Greek Yogurt
Cherrios
Chopped Strawberries
Blueberries
Dried Cranberries
Crushed Cookies
Dark Chocolate Chips

Other options:
Chopped/Sliced Nuts
Any Fresh Fruit
Shredded Coconut
Honey 
Crushed Graham Crackers
Crushed Waffle/Sugar Cones

Directions:
This is the easy part, have the kids alternate layers of yogurt and their favorite toppings!
