The holiday season is just about here. What does that mean? Lots of food, family gatherings and fun! We carefully plan holiday meals and our kiddos love to help out in the kitchen. Giving kids age-appropriate tasks during meal prep is a great way to spend time as a family and also encourages them to try new foods that they might not have been willing to otherwise. In our house, if the kids help prepare it, they ALWAYS want to try it and most of the time, love the finished product.
