Chinese Style Boneless Ribs

Chinese take-out is a New Year's Eve tradition for many families and here is a simple recipe you can make yourself.  These ribs are great served as a appetizer or as a meal with your favorite rice and vegetable.

You will need:
2 - 3 pounds boneless country style ribs
11 ounce jar Ah-So Original Chinese Style BBQ Sauce
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
2. Place boneless ribs in a 9"x13" baking dish, season with salt and pepper
3. Spread 2/3 of the Ah-So sauce over the ribs
4. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 2 hours.
5. Carefully remove from over and take off the foil.  Increase oven temperature to 425F.
6. Drain any excess liquid from baking dish and spread the remainder of the Ah-So sauce onto the ribs.
7. Once oven reaches temperature, bake for an additional 20 minutes or until browned.
8. Serve hot.  Enjoy!
