Ingredients:
2 lbs ravioli, thawed if frozen
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
cooking spray
Marinara sauce for dipping
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, place the bread crumbs and grated cheese, mix until combined.
- Coat sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Dip each ravioli in the egg and then coat with breadcrumbs/cheese. Place on the sheet pan, repeat for the remainder of ravioli.
- Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until crispy and heated through.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
