Grilled Pineapple

A recipe with one ingredient and a grill - doesn't get much easier than that! You can certainly find other grilled pineapple recipes that call for more ingredients, but this is tasty on its own and without all of the extras! You can serve grilled pineapple as a side with chicken, steak, pork or shrimp and it is great served as a dessert, topped with ice cream!

Ingredients:
Fresh pineapple

Directions:
1. Preheat a grill to medium-high. 
2. Peel, core and cut the pineapple into 1/2 inch slices.
3. Grill pineapple slices on both sides until heated through and grill marks appear - about 5 minutes.
4. Serve hot or at room temperature.
