We chose to bake the Pumpkin Bread first. We made three mini loaves, two as directed on the box and we added chocolate chips to the third one. The mix is simple to use and you just have to add canned pumpkin, eggs and oil, mix and then bake. About 30 minutes later, the house smelled amazing and our mini loaves were ready!
The pumpkin bread is super moist and tasty. If I didn't read the box and make it myself, I am not sure I would believe it was gluten free! My 3 boys gobbled up a mini loaf in SECONDS, and it wasn't even the one with chocolate chips in it!
