Easy Oven Roasted Pulled Pork

Just a few ingredients and a few hours in the oven, and you will have tasty homemade pulled pork. This can be served as sandwiches for a quick weeknight meal or as is with sides for a nice hearty dinner.

Ingredients:
3-4 pound pork shoulder
1 or 2 bottles BBQ Sauce
Salt & pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Remove pork from packaging, place in oven safe dish
3. Coat pork with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and season with salt and pepper
4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 3 hours or until pork shreds easily
5. Remove meat from the pan and shred it (forks work well for this)
6. Drain any fat from the pan and place meat back into pan
7. Add desired amount of BBQ sauce and mix until meat is evenly coated
6. Serve hot on fresh rolls
