Hidden Kiss CookiesA slightly sweet cookie with a hidden chocolaty treat inside!

Ingredients:
1 cup butter; softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all purpose flour
Hershey's Kisses (about 36 kisses)

Chocolate Drizzle
1/2 cup melting chocolate

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Remove wrappers from chocolate pieces.
  3. In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla.
  4. Add flour, mix well. This dough will be VERY dry and crumbly!
  5. Mold a tablespoon of dough around each kiss, making sure it is completely covered. Roll into ball shape. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Repeat with remainder of dough and kisses.
  6. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set.
  7. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
  8. Once cooked, drizzle with melted chocolate. Set aside until chocolate is hardened.
