Strawberry, Blueberry & Feta Salad

This red, white and blue salad is a great side dish for a BBQ or party and works perfectly for a simple summer dinner. The sweetness of the berries goes well with the saltiness of the feta cheese. We served the salad topped with grilled chicken and a strawberry-balsamic dressing.

You will need:
Spring mix, baby spinach or your favorite lettuce
Strawberries, washed, stemmed and sliced
Blueberries, washed
Feta cheese

Directions:
  1. In a serving bowl, place lettuce, strawberries and blueberries.
  2. Once ready to serve, sprinkle with feta cheese.
  3. Serve with your favorite dressing.
