The ago old question in many homes. Each month we will provide ideas on how to use up extra fruits, vegetables and leftover food!
Five Things to do with 2 pounds of ground beef, turkey or chicken,
- American Chop Suey - saute your ground meat, add your favorite tomato sauce and then toss with cooked pasta
- Stir Fry - saute ground meat, mix in some fresh or frozen veggies add some Teriyaki or soy sauce and serve over rice
- Tacos or Burritos
- Cheeseburger Omelette - add sautéed meat and your favorite cheese in an omelet. This would make a great breakfast, lunch or dinner!
- Good old fashion burger, patty melt or sliders!
