Quick and easy - exactly what comes to mind for most parents when thinking of ideas for breakfast and lunch during the school year. We compiled a list of simple meal ideas and some recipes we've shared in the past.

Breakfast:
Mini Baked Omelets
Overnight Oatmeal
Pancakes - make the night before and reheat in the morning
Cereal with fruit
Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies
Yogurt and granola
Smoothies
Toast or English muffins with soy or nut butter

Lunch:
Swords
Cold cut sliders
Pita Pockets with lunch meat or tuna or chicken salad
Cheese and crackers with fruit
Fruit, veggies and hummus
Leftover pasta
Salad with sliced chicken or lunch meat
Leftover Pizza
Bagel, fruit and yogurt
