Pink Ink Drink For Your Yink!

Happy Birthday to Dr. Seuss on March 2nd

If you did not know, Yinks like to wink and drink pink ink. Pink ink can be made for breakfast or an after school treat, a perfect accompaniment to a reading of One Fish, Two Fish  ... just be sure to raise your glass and toast Happy Birthday to Dr. Seuss.

 

1 frozen banana, thawed for 10 minutes

1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries

1 cup peach nectar

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If the drink is too thick, add more peach nectar. It can also be thickened by adding additional strawberries of frozen banana.
