Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten free cookies that everyone will love!

1 cup All Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Kosher or Sea Salt (if the peanut butter doesn't contain salt)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together
Spoon cookie dough using a tablespoon onto a cookie sheet
Bake on 350F for approximately 12 minutes.

*The cookies firm up as they cool, they'll be VERY soft at first and will break apart easily until they cool.
