Crispy Baked Ravioli

This Italian favorite coated in crispy breadcrumbs makes for a great appetizer or family friendly main dish!

Ingredients:

2 lbs ravioli, thawed if frozen
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated cheese
cooking spray

Marinara sauce for dipping
 
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk in a small bowl. 
  3. In a separate bowl, place the bread crumbs and grated cheese, mix until combined.
  4. Coat sheet pan with cooking spray. 
  5. Dip each ravioli in the egg and then coat with breadcrumbs/cheese. Place on the sheet pan, repeat for the remainder of ravioli.
  6. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until crispy and heated through. 
  7. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
