Brownie Cookies

Want to make cookies, but don't feel like pulling out tons of ingredients? This recipe only calls for a few, and most likely, you have them all in your cupboard already! A bonus, they are some of the yummiest cookies you will ever taste and you can add different mix-ins each time!

Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix
3 Tbsp flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
3. In large bowl, mix flour into dry brownie mix.
4. Stir eggs and oil into the flour/brownie mix, until well combined and a thick dough forms.
5. Stir in white chips.
6. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto lined cookie sheets. 
7. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes on tray, then transfer to cooling rack.
