Ingredients:
Sandwich bread
Cheese
Butter
Directions:
- Heat pan over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. Place bread butter side down in pan and add cheese.
- Top cheese with a second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until lightly browned and flip over.
- Continue cooking until both sides are lightly browned and cheese is melted.
- Remove from pan, let cool for a minute and then slice into mini, bite-sized pieces.
Please note: some of your little guests may prefer the crust cut off before slicing into mini, bite-sized pieces, this also helps them look a bit neater.
