Ingredients:
bananas, one for each serving
butter
brown sugar
ice cream
hot fudge and other favorite toppings
whipped cream
cherries
To grill bananas:
- Preheat grill to about 400 degrees.
- Slice whole banana the long way in half, with skin on.
- Spread butter on sliced banana and then cover with brown sugar.
- Grill banana flesh side down for about 2 minutes or until caramelized.
- Carefully remove banana from grill, let cool for one minute and then discard the peel and build your favorite banana split!
