Buffalo chicken wings "or fingers" are traditionally a great party food or appetizer... this recipe has the same flavors and makes a great main course. A bonus, this is super easy to make and is healthier than the typical fried version too.

Ingredients:
2 - 3 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
Buffalo sauce, 12 oz bottle - we used Red Hot brand
Rolls
Cheese, optional
Ranch or blue cheese dressing, optional
Directions:
- Trim and slice chicken in half.
- Place chicken breast in baking dish and pour about 1 cup of buffalo sauce over it.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
- Carefully uncover chicken and test for doneness, chicken should easily pull apart with a fork. If not done, cover with foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until chicken easily pulls apart.
- Pull chicken in baking dish using 2 forks and add more buffalo sauce if desired.
- Serve hot on toasted or grilled rolls with cheese and/or dressing.
