Kabobs For Your Valentine

Fruit kabobs they'll love

Sweet treats do not have to be unhealthy or difficult to prepare.  We have put together a sweet Valentines treat with ingredients you probably have in the pantry or fridge!


  • 3 strawberries
  • 21 grapes
  • 14 blueberries
  • One Clementine
  • Kabob sticks


  1. Cut your strawberries.  Using a knife, cut a V at the top of the strawberry.
  2. Using the sharp side of the kabob, assemble the following fruits.
  3. Add 7 grapes, a clementine, 2 blueberries, clementine, 2 blueberries, clementine and one blueberry.
  4. Serve with your favorite yogurt for an after school snack or healthy choice for your sweet Valentine!
