Pulled Pork

Salt and pepper entire pork shoulder. Place onion, garlic, stock, and vinegar in the bottom of the slow cooker and mix. Place pork with fat facing up on top of the onion mixture. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours. Shred with a fork. Divide equally into 5 containers and refrigerate.

Rotisserie Chicken

Save time and prep your rotisserie chicken: While it's still warm, remove the skin and shred the chicken. Divide equally to make these 5 meals:

 Ground Beef

Salt and pepper the ground beef. Cook in a large sauté pan over medium-high heat until beef is fully cooked. Divide equally to make these 5 meals:
